I think that the only way for me is to take my computer in and negotiate with them - if possible. Maybe I just ignore the problem, since my screen works well provided I don't shut the machine down. The problem appear only when the iMac has cooled down completely, and I turn it on again - then more often then not my dock doesn't come into its place properly and the system gets stuck. If I just let it run 7x24, nothing happens, it works like a charm.
