It depends on your Mac Model Identifier. Prior to Late 2013 models are BIOS, while later models can be either.

I have gotten Windows 7 Ultimate running on 2014 iMac 5K with 3 TB Fusion drive. The problem is that some drivers are not working as well as an older installation we have on a 2010 iMac with Windows 7. Specifically: • keyboard screen brightness and sound volume controls do not work • magic mouse scrolling is jerky and useless • wireless trackpad tap stuff isn’t quite right • bluetooth input devices take a few seconds to get recognized first time. I used BCA to create a USB 2.0 Win 7 install disk with BCA-selected boot camp drivers, and BCA ran the Boot Camp installation normally right after Windows installation.
The layout of the keys are in a configuration as to help alleviate stress on the wrist in addition to the included wrist rest. The mouse is also designed in a way as to reduce total stress. Over all it’s awkward at first but you get used to it quickly. Along with the standard keys, you have multiple keys included to increase the amount of functions, there are 33 additional keys and a ‘Navig-Wheel Bar’ as they call it. The “Navig-Wheel Bar” is basically a wheel to scroll up and down a page without having to remove your hands from the keyboard.

And did work to that range, maybe a little more. **Note** I did not have any other wireless products to test compatibility. Software installation is nothing special; that is if I could install the software. The system I’m trying to install them on is a Windows XP Pro with SP2 installed and the drivers cause a continuous reboot loop when the wireless base station is plugged in. I have emailed them with no response as of the writing of this article.

Look for an unrecognized key, a switch, or an LED light that might have a picture of a lock. Unfortunately, I can't pull up any pictures of your keyboard, so I don't know if it has one or not. After all the angst earlier over 3TB Fusion drives and BootCamo, I thought it safest to just let BCA do everything, as recommended by Apple. Does BCA use EFI instead of BIOS with W8.1? It is not out of the question for me to buy 8.1, remove the bootcamp partition, recreate the partition, and reinstall W8.1 and my game and voice software. Fortunately, I only use BootCamp for a couple of games. It is just slightly daunting, when -- so far -- all I am sure isn't working is the (very useful) keyboard mappings, and the scrolling on the Magic Mouse being lousy. (I can use a USB mouse).
